The activities in the teaching work have been characterized by the need to allocate extra time to their schedules, this coupled with their high responsibility, which in many cases is added to administrative tasks that complicate and make the performance of teachers more difficult and specifically, improving the academic achievement of students.Free time was designed and developed with the specific objective of reducing the workload of teachers, by optimizing the substantive processes that range from attendance survey, generating, printing and sending attendance and grade reports, with the central element consisting of providing the teacher with a tool to keep track of evaluations and qualifications, at the level of detail that allows for objective and expeditious information and thus focus on the strategic areas of each student as well as the group as such.
